Job summary

Connections Education LLC is seeking certified Substitute Teachers to remotely support learning programs across the country. The Wyoming position covers 2–20 week assignments, averaging 8–12 weeks, with a part-time schedule and no benefits.

You will be online daily during school hours, communicate with families and staff, and grade student work while supporting LiveLessons and other virtual instruction tools. A valid teaching certification and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid and active teaching certification in states as applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong communication with students, parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Be online and available to students, parents, and staff Monday–Friday during school hours in the school’s time zone.
• Develop and update individualized learning plans and schedules; provide feedback on student work and monitor progress.
• Complete grading, generate progress reports, and conduct parent conferences as instructed.
• Support instructional program through LiveLessons and other web conferencing tools.
• Assist students with alternate instructional strategies and daily assignments.
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance data.
• Collaborate with counselors and special educators to meet student needs and provide updates.
• Check email regularly and connect with Substitute Services supervisor monthly via video call.
• Complete required professional learning and maintain active certifications.
