Job summary

Connections Education LLC. is accepting applications for certified Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position, with no benefits, allows educators to work from home, supporting student learning in Connections Academy schools. Availability from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm is necessary during assignments.

Qualifications

• Substitutes must hold a valid and active full state teaching certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are critical.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be available online to students, parents, and school staff Monday through Friday.
• Communicate regularly to develop and update individualized learning plans.
• Complete all grading and generate progress reports in a timely manner.
• Support the instructional program through synchronous and asynchronous sessions.
