Connections Education LLC. is accepting applications for certified Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position, with no benefits, allows educators to work from home, supporting student learning in Connections Academy schools. Essential responsibilities include communicating with students and parents, managing records, and completing grading. Applicants must hold a valid teaching certification, possess strong communication and technology skills, and maintain a distraction-free work environment. Availability from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm is necessary during assignments.

Qualifications

• Substitutes must hold a valid and active full state teaching certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are critical.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Be available online to students, parents, and school staff Monday through Friday.
• Communicate regularly to develop and update individualized learning plans.
• Complete all grading and generate progress reports in a timely manner.
• Support the instructional program through synchronous and asynchronous sessions.
