Job summary

Navita Health in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Clinical Counselor to assess and treat individuals with SUD and co-occurring mental health conditions. This full-time remote role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will maintain compliant documentation, stay current with best practices, and provide referrals to medical and community services.

Qualifications

Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
Active co-occurring license(s) such as LPC, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW, PsyD, or PhD.
Experience with substance use and mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Knowledge of addiction and behavioral health treatment modalities.
Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and maintain compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct Diagnostic Assessments for SUD and mental health concerns.
Develop individualized treatment plans and review progress.
Maintain timely, confidential clinical documentation per guidelines.
Provide referrals to medical, mental health, detox, peer support, and community resources.
Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and other staff.
