Navita Health is seeking a Clinical Counselor (SUD and Mental Health) to join the Assessment and Clinical Team. This remote, full-time W2 role focuses on diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating care for individuals with substance use and mental health concerns.

The role requires an active LICDC license in OH and a Co-occurring license (e.g., LPC/LPCC/LIMFT/LISW/PsyD/PHD). A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or Nursing is preferred, with experience in multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active LICDC license as required by state regulations (OH).
• Co-occuring license such as LPC, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW, PsyD, PHD or equivalent is required.
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or Nursing degree from an accredited school. Master’s in nursing, counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Apply DSM-5 criteria to identify disorders and ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with internal/external providers.
