Job summary

biBerk, part of Berkshire Hathaway group, seeks a Recovery Representative II (Subrogation) to manage a desk of subrogation claims across lines of business from a fully remote location. You will identify recovery opportunities, coordinate with adjusters and attorneys, and negotiate recoveries on behalf of the company.

You will work under the Recovery Unit Team Lead, handling deductibles and subrogation efforts while maintaining files and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience
• Basic math
• Basic literacy in computer knowledge and use

Responsibilities

• Identify subrogation potential by analyzing facts and probable liability.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters, experts, and subrogation attorneys as needed.
• Pursue recoveries from responsible parties and insurers; review settlements with team lead.
