Qualifications

• 5+ years of Civil Litigation experience with emphasis on subrogation.
• Active license and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• Superior research, analytical, negotiating ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Commitment to proactive case management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue third-party recovery opportunities in complex claims.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation and Property Damage Subrogation.
• Civil Litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery and hearings.
• Collaborate with insurers, employers, and TPAs to integrate subrogation into broader claims strategies.
