Job summary

GMRE Inc. seeks a part-time Subject Matter Expert in Project Management to support multiple RDT&E initiatives within 412 TW. The role emphasizes independent analysis, data-driven reporting, and risk assessment across flight-test programs.

The candidate will provide expert guidance on IT development, API integration, and no-code/low-code solutions, with strong emphasis on security, scalability, and compliance. Remote work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DoD flight-test project management
• Active U.S. SECRET clearance
• Experience developing project baselines, FP documents, schedules, and briefings
• Ability to advise USG on issues and actions

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on PM system design, development, and deployment using APIs, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code tools
• Develop and maintain PM dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for program performance
• Support RDT&E projects across lab, ground, and flight-test operations
• Advise USG representatives on program issues and recommended actions
