Zusammenfassung

Shawmut Design and Construction seeks a Subcontractor Risk & SDI Manager to oversee prequalification and financial review of subcontractors. You will manage the SDI program day-to-day, communicate with brokers and insurers, educate regional teams, and drive risk mitigation across Shawmut’s projects.

You will analyze financial statements, enforce qualification criteria, and support risk leadership with contractor risk decisions, claims handling, and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial statement analysis, credit or subcontractor prequalification, construction risk, insurance, surety, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, risk management, business preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong ability to analyze liquidity, leverage, profitability, working capital and trends; knowledge of risk trends and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operation of the SDI program and enrollment of projects/subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor financial statements and coordinate with broker/insurance carrier.
• Serve as primary SDI contact and educate operations teams on the program.
• Develop risk mitigation plans, review contracts and insurance requirements.
• Perform prequalification analyses and make enrollment decisions within authority matrix.
• Manage SDI claims process and support risk leadership and project teams.
