Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Study Start-Up Navigator to support clinical trial feasibility and study intake across NCCT. You will work across clinical, operational, and administrative functions to ensure feasibility and a smooth transition into study start-up.

The role requires leadership in coordinating assessments, leveraging data, and communicating with stakeholders to strengthen efficiency and scalability of NCCT processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Nursing, or Basic Science with two years' relevant admin and medical experience in research projects or other health-related activities.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assessment of potential Principal Investigators and site capabilities across Advocate Health to determine alignment with study-specific requirements.
• Leverages enterprise data to evaluate patient population availability, site capabilities, and other feasibility factors.
• Leads completion of feasibility assessments and questionnaires to support informed decision-making.
• Serves as a liaison among investigators, industry partners, NCCT leadership, and stakeholders during feasibility and study intake.
• Monitors feasibility and study intake KPIs, including timelines and activation milestones.
