Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Activation Leader to drive planning and execution of clinical trial site activation from feasibility through activation. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaboration with clients and investigative sites.

Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years in clinical research operations, strong project management skills, and experience with study start-up processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in clinical research operations with site activation leadership.
• Experience leading site activation teams and processes.
• Knowledge of start-up processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation planning and strategy for studies from feasibility to activation.
• Develop and manage the study critical path and activation milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and lead cross-functional resolution.
• Guide and mentor site activation team members and liaise with operations.
• Support client relationships and act as SME for start-up accounts.
• Contribute to proposals with activation expertise and optimize processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence across activation activities.
