Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in video production.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of video production equipment and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment quickly and effectively.
• Experience with audio/video editing software platforms.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide production direction and data support on Nashville shoots.
• Monitor video productions and report statuses to teams.
• Escalate any recording issues impacting production promptly.
• Ensure all recorded content is completed on time for post-production.
• Maintain inventory and upkeep of studio equipment.
• Recommend updates to video production gear and workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions quickly.
• Maintain clean, ready-to-use studio spaces for productions.
• Use cloud-based tools (Smartsheet, Slack, Confluence, Dropbox, etc.).
• Assist Video Production Manager with technical documentation.
• Serve as primary contact and lead studios when manager is away.
