Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and families.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and intervention indicators.
• Conduct proactive outreach and family communication.
• Support onboarding and transitions for new students and families.
• Promote student engagement opportunities and school culture initiatives.
• Participate in MTSS meetings and intervention planning.
• Support attendance recovery and re-engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, coordinators, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and interventions.
• Travel as needed for school events or training.
