The Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct at the University of Washington is seeking two Conduct Specialists to investigate and adjudicate student conduct cases on and off campus. You will determine sanctions, maintain records, and support related department areas.

Work includes program development, campus collaboration, and training in best practices for student conduct. Telework is eligible up to two days per week with supervisor approval.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in higher education or related field.
• Experience in student conduct or related disciplinary processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with student conduct database tools such as Advocate, Maxient, StarRez, or similar systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and adjudicate alleged academic and behavioral violations of the Student Conduct Code.
• Determine appropriate educational sanctions and communicate outcomes.
• Use data systems to manage case records and prepare disciplinary documentation.
• Serve as a Hearing Advisor in full hearings and support students as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Develop and deliver programs and outreach to promote academic integrity.
