Hebrew Union College invites applications for a Remote Worker – N/A Office of Recruitment and Admissions as a Virtual Pathway Student Ambassador. The role supports virtual visits and admissions outreach while you continue your studies in the Virtual Pathway to the Rabbinate.

Responsibilities include coordinating Open House events, preparing prospective students, and training peer ambassadors, with ongoing collaboration across ORA staff, faculty, and current students.

Qualifications

• Current HUC student enrolled in the Virtual Pathway to the Rabbinate.
• Must have already completed one full year of the program.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and coordinate with faculty, students and ORA staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary student contact for prospective students participating in virtual visit experiences.
• Coordinate communication before, during, and after visits with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Program Director, faculty, current students, and ORA staff to deliver welcoming and informative virtual experiences.
• Plan and execute Virtual Open House events as scheduled (Oct 2026, Nov 2026, Feb 2027, Mar 2027, Jun 2027).
• Recruit, train, and support current students to serve as hosts during class observations.
