• Perform quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate and select bid opportunities.
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop cost breakdowns using estimating software and Excel.
• Create and maintain organized job files and records.
• Support project teams to ensure smooth handoff post-award.
