NORR is seeking a Structural Engineer to collaborate with our engineering team on building projects, ensuring design solutions meet context, budget, and aesthetic requirements. You will analyze design intent and work across disciplines to produce efficient technical designs.

With 7–10 years of experience, you will perform calculations, code research, site visits, and coordinate through all project phases while adhering to building codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Designs structural components of buildings and integrates architectural design with codes.
• Performs calculations, code research, material and system analysis for new and existing buildings.
• Coordinates design through all project phases with knowledge of building systems and construction technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs structural components and prepares construction drawings for new and existing buildings.
• Performs calculations, code research, and material/system analysis.
• Conducts site visits during construction and for proposed modifications.
• Reviews shop drawings and RFIs during construction administration.
