Job summary

Selectek is seeking a Remote-Structural Engineer (EIT - NE Region) to assist in structural analysis and design for diverse projects. You will work with the Structural Lead, Engineers, and Designers to develop concepts, perform analysis, and communicate requirements on design documents and in the model.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with IBC/ASCE 7/ACI/AISC, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while meeting schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Eng with Structural emphasis.
• EIT certification.
• Minimum 2 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with US building codes: IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design under supervision.
• Develop design concepts and communicate requirements to model/documents.
• Check own work and seek guidance when needed.
• Apply wind/seismic design principles per code.
