Job summary

The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Structural Engineer (EIT) for a remote assignment in our Southeast Region. The selected candidate will assist in structural analysis and design for our projects.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position requires an EIT Certification and 2+ years of structural engineering experience. The role supports remote work across the Southeast and other eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in Structural Engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training Certification (EIT).
• Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC.

Responsibilities

• Provide Structural Engineering support in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers, data centers and other state of the art manufacturing facilities
• Work with other engineers and designers, as well as with clients and construction trade partners
• Develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with designers to communicatethe structural requirement
