Pax8 is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead high-visibility programs remotely within the United States. You will work with senior leaders to translate strategic goals into executable plans, drive program delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes across initiatives that power growth and innovation.

You will reportedly guide cross-functional teams, manage risks and budgets, and continually improve processes leveraging Agile/Lean practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, high-visibility programs in dynamic settings.
• Strong strategic and operational mindset working with senior leaders.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills for executive discussions.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies.
