Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in data analytics, business analysis, strategy and operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries independently.
• Commitment to data accuracy, validation, and rigorous analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for key business objectives.
• Analyze performance across customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, servicing, and other areas.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor results after changes or launches and assess performance against expectations.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, documented, and reproducible with validated data.
