Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in management consulting or related roles.
• Experience owning significant client workstreams.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience applying generative AI tools in consulting or business environments.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more project workstreams from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, build workplans, and prioritize analyses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate performance, growth opportunities, profitability drivers, and capabilities.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations and models.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
