Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of healthcare business experience
• Masters degree and 7 years of healthcare business experience
• Bachelors degree and 9 years of healthcare business experience

Responsibilities

• Partner in developing annual strategy updates for Amgen's Board of Directors.
• Lead enterprise initiatives that address important business opportunities and challenges, partnering across functions to develop thoughtful recommendations and concise, compelling communications for senior leadership.
• Conduct market, competitive, portfolio, and financial analyses, while evaluating industry trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and other external developments to inform executive decision-making.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
