Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Product Strategist to drive 0-to-1 opportunities in healthcare data, workflow, and AI-enabled decision-support products. You will bridge data products, technology partners, and downstream product lines, coordinating with payer, provider, clinical, and engineering teams to incubate market-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes market discovery, monetization models, and go-to-market strategies, with collaboration across cloud providers and external data partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in product management, strategy, or related roles in enterprise software/healthcare data.
• Experience with clinical/pharmacy data, data-as-a-service, interoperability, and APIs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, product definitions, and memos for opportunities.
• Bridge data products, technology partners, and product lines.
• Document capabilities, dependencies, and priorities with TPMs.
• Partner with Databricks and other tech partners to prototype data strategies.
• Support partner sourcing and due diligence for software partnerships.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy.
• Articulate value propositions and go-to-market plans for data assets.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements across initiatives.
• Provide SME support for training, client discussions, and pre-sales.
