Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Product Strategist to drive development and commercialization of data-driven healthcare products, focusing on 0-to-1 opportunities and new product lines. You will bridge data assets, technology partners, and downstream product teams to translate market needs into actionable strategies.

You will lead market discovery, develop business cases, and define go-to-market plans while collaborating with payer, provider, clinical, and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related field.
• Experience with clinical/healthcare data, APIs, interoperability, and/or FHIR preferred.
• Strong ability to translate market needs into product strategy and monetization models.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, product definitions, and memos for opportunities; drive incubation of healthcare data and AI-enabled products.
• Collaborate with payer, provider, clinical, GM, and engineering stakeholders to align value propositions with data/workflows.
• Support roadmap development and partner with tech managers to document capabilities and priorities.
