Job summary

Bunge in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning & TA Analytics to lead enterprise workforce strategy, forecast talent needs, and align capability with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, HR strategy/consulting, partnering with HRBPs and Finance to align talent plans with business goals.
• Advanced analytical and forecasting skills (supply/demand, scenario modeling).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple business portfolios and deliverables simultaneously in a matrixed environment.
• Strong project/program management and facilitation skills with a track record of driving adoption.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity; handling confidential information and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Workforce Planning Leadership: Develop, own, and evolve long‑term workforce planning strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Collaboration with HRBPs and Business Leaders: Partner to integrate workforce planning into talent, succession, and design strategies; align headcount planning and costs.
• Advanced Analytics & Workforce Insights: Lead analytics, scenario modeling, and predictive forecasting; translate data into executive insights; develop dashboards and models.
• Talent Strategy & Future of Work: Identify gaps, design strategies for talent acquisition, reskilling, and retention; promote workforce agility amid transformation.
• Operational Excellence & Governance: Oversee tools, ensure data inputs, establish governance for compliance and training.
