Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Systems Engineering Planning, Analysis, and Process Support role to enable effective SE activities for the PCE. You will translate DoD directives into actionable analyses and support senior leadership, ensuring SE processes are integrated into PAe-MS operations while mitigating risks.

The role requires DoD acquisition knowledge, strong technical writing, and EUD experience to develop plans and guides for program teams across multiple

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 5 years of related DoD/federal experience; in lieu of a degree, 7 years of related experience.
• Experience developing technical documentation, engineering analyses, and process guidance.
• Knowledge of EUD technologies, architectures, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and lifecycle frameworks (DAS, JCIDS).
• Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable plans for leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support SE planning, coordination, and analytical activities across PCE programs.
• Develop engineering analyses, process documentation, and guidance for program teams.
• Assess system capabilities to ensure alignment with DoD directives and objectives.
• Translate technical, acquisition, and strategic information into actionable insights for leadership.
• Integrate SE methodologies into mission system operations to improve consistency and rigor.
