Celestica International LP is seeking a Manager, Strategic Supply Chain 2 to lead end-to-end SCM initiatives for key customers in a remote capacity. You will direct source selection, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize design for supply chain performance and drive cost efficiency across programs.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in SIOP, demand planning, and inventory management, with a track record of improving KPIs and managing complex multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Leads SCM for customers and interfaces with executives.
• Manages source selection and supplier development.
• Drives cost reduction and mitigates supply risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all SCM matters across customers.
• Direct supplier selection and development to meet business needs.
• Support material cost reduction and risk assessment.
• Advise on pricing, BOM analysis, delivery execution, and flexibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize design for SCM performance.
• Interface with customers as SCM focal point and manage relationships.
• Drive demand planning, SIOP, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPI performance with senior management.
