Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience supporting sourcing events, contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor evaluations.
• Experience with procurement systems, contract management tools and reporting tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively engage stakeholders and identify opportunities to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify contracts approaching renewal and partner with business units to determine sourcing strategies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes, evaluating vendor proposals, supporting vendor selection, and negotiating renewals and new agreements to drive cost savings and improved terms.
• Review contracts to ensure pricing, terms, and conditions are competitive and aligned with business needs.
• Serve as a procurement partner to business units across sourcing, contracting, and vendor management activities with stakeholders.
• Ensure sourcing and renewal activities comply with procurement policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Work with the Procurement Analyst to leverage reporting on contracts, spend, and vendor performance to prioritize opportunities.
• Develop and adopt consistent procurement processes and best practices while identifying improvement opportunities.
