The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance with 1–3 years of financial analysis experience and strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a financial environment.
• Strong data analysis, report writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze expense data; create and manage reports to identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Serve as point of contact for employee questions and vendor relations; develop communications/training for internal systems.
• Assist in policy development to promote compliance.
• Review, audit, and code invoices for accuracy and proper expense distribution.
• Coordinate input from employees and department heads on vendor performance and report findings to the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• Maintain and manage departmental data on the intranet.
