You will partner with the Strategic Sourcing Manager and cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, ensure policy compliance, and manage vendor relations. Strong Excel, data analysis, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 3-5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with expense data analysis and cost-savings programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze expense data, create and manage reports to discover cost-saving opportunities.
• Support Strategic Sourcing Manager with data collection and analysis for new and existing categories.
• Serve as point of contact for employee questions, program issues, and vendor relations.
• Create employee communications and training programs for internal systems usage.
• Develop policy and promote compliance.
• Review, audit, and code invoices for accuracy and expense distribution.
• Solicit input from employees and department heads on vendor performance and report to manager.
• Maintain and manage departmental data on intranet.
