You will analyze data at the intersection of finance, pricing, contracts, and strategy, partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Service, and help automate recurring analyses and reports to improve accuracy and governance. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in pricing, rebates, contracts, finance, or related area.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas and models.
• Experience supporting pricing analysis, pricing administration, or analytics.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating results into insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Support strategic customer programs including subscription and rebate programs.
• Review program docs, pricing, eligibility, and terms for alignment.
• Maintain program trackers and status reports from setup to completion.
• Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
• Escalate non-standard requests to Senior Manager for review.
• Analyze rebate eligibility and attainment against contracts.
• Calculate and document rebate results per terms.
• Support rebate accruals, reconciliations, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain rebate files and audit-ready records.
• Create centralized tracking for customer commitments.
• Provide recurring reports on commitment performance.
• Validate results with stakeholders.
• Support renewal and business reviews with historical performance.
• Create and maintain price files and support pricing uploads.
• Assess deal-level margin and profitability considerations.
• Escalate non-standard pricing scenarios.
• Develop standardized reports, dashboards, templates.
