Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks a six-month Associate to support the COO’s office, working closely with senior leaders across finance, HR, and program teams. The role emphasizes analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.

You will develop dashboards, prepare briefs, and help plan leadership meetings, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making in a global health context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience (candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply).
• Exceptional analytical (qualitative and quantitative), problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with team members across geographies.
• Ability to independently operate in an unstructured but demanding multicultural environment.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and rapidly absorb/synthesize a broad range of information.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, research, and synthesis to inform strategic decisions for CHAI Leadership.
• Develop structured problem-solving approaches to assess challenges and trade-offs.
• Support design, execution, and monitoring of high-priority initiatives aligned with CHAI goals.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations translating data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate and track cross-functional projects with milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency across CHAI.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and drive execution.
