Qualifications

• Degree in business or equivalent discipline required.
• Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification.
• 10+ years’ experience in a Finance leadership position.
• Customer focused with a strategic mind-set.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High commercial & business acumen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own innovative financial processes for monitoring objectives and margin transformations.
• Define & drive commercial success measurable such as top line growth & margin expansion.
• Provide financial advice and partnership to team leaders.
• Prepare the annual budget & standard setting, and the capital budget planning.
• Drive process improvements to deliver information efficiently to business owners.
• Manage the site finance team including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Partner with Ops Leader to deliver set financial results and develop value drivers.
• Direct Puerto Rico government interactions in partnership with Global Tax, Legal and Treasury.
