Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contract lifecycles from drafting to closeout. You will work with legal, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure accuracy and compliance, and support negotiations with vendors and clients.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of SOWs, pricing, and vendor agreements are essential. Remote or hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in contract administration.
• Experience reviewing terms, SOWs, pricing, and vendor agreements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with contract management systems or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts, agreements, amendments, and SOWs.
• Coordinate the contract lifecycle from request to closeout.
• Review terms, pricing, deliverables, milestones, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support negotiations with vendors, clients, and service providers.
• Monitor obligations, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and approvals.
• Identify risks and elevate issues as needed.
• Prepare contract summaries, reports, and status updates.
• Track performance, changes, and commitments against requirements.
• Assist with RFPs, bids, and procurement-related contracts.
• Coordinate approvals and ensure signatures are obtained.
• Support modifications, extensions, renewals, and terminations.
• Communicate requirements to internal and external parties.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
