Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is recruiting a Capital Key Account Manager for the East US territory. This field-based role drives end-to-end capital sales for the DUALTO™ System, partnering with KAM, RSM, clinical, service, and finance teams to install and adopt new technology.

You will lead strategic targeting, forecast sales, and negotiate capital agreements while staying ahead of market trends and maintaining expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of proven experience with capital sales strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders in capital governance and approval cycles.
• Ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US Marketing and Field Sales to build a strategic targeting plan in the aligned geography.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management on a regular basis.
• Build relationships with surgeons, admins, and supply chain to understand needs and buying cycles.
• Structure and negotiate capital deals including rental, subscription, and financing models.
• Lead product, clinical demonstrations, and post-sales adoption activities to close deals.
