Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is recruiting a Capital Key Account Manager for the East US territory. This field-based role covers Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; Delaware; Maryland; Virginia.

You will drive end-to-end capital sales for DUALTO and collaborate with KAM, RSM, clinical and service teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in capital sales, with strong CRM and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of proven capital sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end capital sales management for targeted accounts.
• Identify and target new accounts for the DUALTO System.
• Lead product, technical and clinical demonstrations to drive adoption.
