Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is recruiting a Capital Key Account Manager for the East US territory. This field-based role covers multiple states and requires building capital sales across flagship hospitals and health systems.

You will drive the DUALTO™ system installations in collaboration with KAM, RSM, and Marketing teams. The role demands a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in capital sales, strong ROI-focused selling, and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years in capital sales.
• Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital sales for identified accounts.
• Develop strategic targeting plans and sales forecasts.
• Present ROI and value stories to clinicians and executives.
• Negotiate contracts including leasing and financing.
• Coordinate with KAM, RSM and service teams for implementation.
