Prime Intellect AI in the San Francisco area is building frontier AI infrastructure, offering GPU compute, Model Factory, and post-training capabilities. You will own strategic accounts and close multi-year, seven- to eight-figure deals.

You will collaborate with CTOs, AI leaders, and economic buyers to translate training, post-training, and inference roadmaps into commitments, expanding from compute to the full training stack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling highly technical infrastructure such as cloud, GPU compute, AI/ML platforms.
• Experience closing seven-figure enterprise agreements; eight-figure strongly preferred.
• Credibility with technical executives and ML/infrastructure teams.
• Ability to sell economics, architecture, and strategic partnerships, not just features.
• Strong deal construction and negotiation skills with multi-year commitments.
• High ownership and proactive problem solving in an early-stage environment.
• AI-native approach using LLMs, automation, and programmatic tools.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Acquisition: Build and close a portfolio of AI-native and enterprise accounts.
• Develop relationships with CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, infrastructure leaders, and economic buyers.
• Translate customers' roadmaps into multi-year GPU capacity commitments.
• Partner with Solutions Architects on technical discovery, benchmarks, and POCs.
• Deal Construction & Expansion: Build commercial proposals around committed spend and term length; close seven- and eight-figure agreements.
• Expand landed compute customers into Model Factory, post-training, inference, and additional capacity.
• Collaborate with Compute and Finance on supply, pricing, and margins.
• Pipeline Discipline: Maintain qualification, forecasting, and next-step discipline; report status to leadership.
