Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Professional, Store Development Operations to support the Americas Store Construction team.

This role coordinates fixture takeoffs, ordering, delivery, and asset tracking across new stores, renovations, and initiatives, while maintaining schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail construction coordination, fixture operations, and cross-functional stakeholder management, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail construction coordination, store development, fixture management, or project administration.
• Ability to read construction documents, fixture plans, schedules, and specs.
• Experience tracking schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the construction-document process with external consultants and track reviews and deliverables.
• Maintain organized project and fixture documentation across SharePoint and other platforms.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, action logs, and risk trackers; elevate risks as needed.
• Coordinate fixture takeoffs, ordering, delivery, and inventory across new and existing stores.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate fixture production, shipping, installation requirements with managers, vendors, and stores.
• Support punch-list coordination and turnover activities for completed stores.
