Qualifications

• At least 2 years of trading experience in options or currency markets.
• Understanding of options Greeks, volatility, or forex market dynamics.

• Dedicated and coachable with a long-term commitment to developing skills.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for daily trading.
• Programming or quantitative skills are welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Trade single-leg and multi-leg options strategies across liquid U.S. underlyings
• Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility-based signals to time entries and exits
• Manage risk through position sizing, stop-loss discipline, and exposure limits
• React to earnings, macro events, and volatility regime shifts with appropriate strategy choices
• Maintain professional records of trading activity for personal review and risk oversight
• Tap into the firm's community of options traders for collaboration when useful
