Job summary

Trader Hire seeks experienced stock and options traders to manage firm capital across equities and options. You will trade with institutional–level tools, receive mentorship, and join a supportive trading community while working remotely.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of trading experience, a defined edge, and familiarity with options Greeks, FX, or crypto markets. Independent contractors can scale up to larger buying power and profit splits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of trading experience with a defined edge.
• Knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure.
• Process-oriented mindset with journal keeping and post-trade analysis.
• Independent, accountable, and committed to long-term trading development.
• Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading.
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes.
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale.
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth.
