Qualifications

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined edge.
• Knowledge of options Greeks, FX, or crypto market structure.
• Independent, process-oriented mindset with post-trade analysis.
• Reliable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes.
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale.
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth.
