HII's Mission Technologies division seeks a Remote Project Manager to support the STINGRAI program. The selected candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership in defense contract management, coordinating across engineers, analysts, and project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

This role offers remote work with national scope, targeting a strong candidate with program management experience and knowledge of government contracting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within defense industry or government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with focus on project constraints.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in risk management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Identify and mitigate project/program risks with contingency plans.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and generate stakeholder reports.
• Implement quality controls to meet contract requirements and standards.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of managers, engineers and analysts.
• Establish KPIs and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
• Perform other duties as required.
