Job summary

Synthires is seeking a STEM Expert (MSc./PhD) for a remote, part-time engagement of approximately 15 hours per week. The role focuses on applying deep STEM expertise to AI training tasks, solving complex problems, and validating AI outputs.

You will use Python and related tools to perform calculations, run simulations, and provide rigorous feedback. Immediate onboarding with a flexible schedule is offered; compensation is $60–$120 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least one STEM field.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific, mathematical, or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other programming languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
