Experience leading virtual assembly and dimensional control programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of virtual assembly projects for static equipment; act as technical authority and primary accountability.
Develop strategies using metrology, 3D scanning, laser tracking, and virtual assembly; coordinate with customers, engineers, fabricators, and field personnel.
Ensure field data collection is accurate; transform into actionable engineering information and approve customer deliverables.
Identify fit-up issues early and propose mitigation strategies to reduce schedule risk.
Drive growth of the static equipment service line; develop technical proposals and case studies; build long-term customer relationships.
