Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of businesses to determine compliance with Virginia state tax laws.
• Review taxpayer records and source documents to determine tax due under Virginia statutes.
• Develop audits and assessments and educate taxpayers on tax obligations.
• Ensure accurate collection and remittance of taxes to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
