Qualifications

• 6+ years of Personal Lines Product Management or Underwriting experience.
• Prior state management experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Personal Lines products, pricing, underwriting, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability, growth, and market performance for assigned state(s).
• Develop and execute product, pricing, underwriting, and distribution strategies.
• Analyze financial results, market trends, competitor activity, and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Partner with regulators, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams to drive results.
• Lead state level business planning, rate reviews, and product enhancements.
• Influence key decisions impacting growth, combined ratio, and customer experience.
