Experience as a fractional CFO, startup finance leader, finance consultant, or closely related advisor.
Working knowledge of cash planning, financial models, fundraising preparation, reporting, and investor diligence.
Existing relationships with founders or startup service providers in Washington DC.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with founders, fractional CFOs, finance consultants, and startup operators in Washington DC.
Identify companies considering a capital raise, acquisition, or other material financing event.
Discuss each founder's goals, timing, readiness, and constraints at a high level.
Determine whether an introductory conversation with our team would be relevant.
Make introductions only after receiving the founder's permission.
Record useful context, relationship activity, and agreed follow-up accurately.
Share general market patterns that can help us improve founder support and partner outreach.
