Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field or a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience with claims processing and provider management.
• Effective communication skills required, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and technical assistance to stakeholders.
• Update provider manuals and user guides.
