• 9+ years of software engineering experience and production coding.
• Proficient in multiple languages as listed above.
• Experience with distributed systems and on‑call production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems and ship end-to-end solutions.
• Advance how the agent reviews: the context it uses and how it learns.
• Decide what a good review looks like and build evals.
• Balance quality, latency and cost of reviews.
• Improve review quality and quantify gains across pull requests.
• Coordinate review experiences across VS Code, Copilot app, and Copilot CLI.
• Maintain a high‑throughput service with on‑call rotation.
• Explore frontier of agented software development and improve workflows.
